Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art that teaches how to control and submit an opponent using technique, timing, and leverage. It’s known for its practical self-defence applications, live training, and effectiveness regardless of size or strength. As a core discipline in mixed martial arts (MMA), BJJ has proven itself at the highest levels and offers a compelling alternative to traditional martial arts like Karate or Tae Kwon Do.
